The controller of the personal data you provide through this website is ENTORA STUDIO SL, Spanish tax number (NIF) B93860443, with registered office at l'Alfàs del Pi (Alicante), Spain, registered with the Commercial Registry of Alicante, sheet 207340. ENTORA is the trade name under which the company carries out its activity.

2. Data we process

We process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name and email address and, if you choose to include them, phone number, project type, indicative budget, property location, timelines and the message describing your project.

Data that can identify you reaches us only through the form.

Separately from the form, the website records how it is used: which pages are opened, how far down they are read and what is clicked. This information is collected without cookies and is not linked to your name or to the data from the form. Details are in section 9.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to handle your request, study the project you put to us, respond with a proposal and maintain the communication arising from that enquiry.

We do not use your data to send you commercial communications unrelated to your request, nor to build profiles.

We need website usage information for one purpose: to understand which pages are read and to improve the website.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the application, at your request, of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

5. Retention period

We keep your data for the time needed to handle your request and manage any relationship that may arise from it. If your enquiry does not lead to a subsequent relationship, we delete your data within a maximum of twelve months from the last contact.

Website usage information is kept in Microsoft Clarity for no longer than nine months.

6. Data recipients

We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, with access to the data only to the extent necessary:

• Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States), adhering to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Email: Zoho, with data hosted on servers located in the European Union.

Website usage analytics: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Ireland), the Microsoft Clarity service. Microsoft processes this information as an independent data controller, in accordance with its Privacy Statement.

7. International transfers

Website hosting is provided through Vercel Inc. (United States). This transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection. The email service hosts data on servers located in the European Union.

Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Ireland) receives website usage information. Any possible transfer of this information to Microsoft Corporation (United States) relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:

• Access to your personal data.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure of your data.
• Objection to and restriction of processing.
• Data portability.

To exercise them, write to hola@entora.es stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the periods provided by law.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legal or operational changes to the site. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
