1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data you provide through this website is Konstantin Burtsev (NIE Y7304492M), promoter of the ENTORA project, with address in Valencia (Spain).

2. Data we process
We process only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name and email address and, if you choose to include them, phone number, project type, indicative budget, property location, timelines and the message describing your project.
We do not collect any personal data without your direct input.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to handle your request, study the project you put to us, respond with a proposal and maintain the communication arising from that enquiry.
We do not use your data to send you commercial communications unrelated to your request, nor to build profiles.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the application, at your request, of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Retention period
We keep your data for the time needed to handle your request and manage any relationship that may arise from it. If your enquiry does not lead to a subsequent relationship, we delete your data within a maximum of twelve months from the last contact.
6. Data recipients
We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, with access to the data only to the extent necessary:
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States), adhering to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Email: Zoho, with data hosted on servers located in the European Union.
7. International transfers
Website hosting is provided through Vercel Inc. (United States). This transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection. The email service hosts data on servers located in the European Union.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of your data.
- Objection to and restriction of processing.
- Data portability.
To exercise them, write to hola@entora.es stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the periods provided by law.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legal or operational changes to the site. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
