A premium residential development on the Costa Blanca. The architecture is by Junco Arquitectura: solid, precise, technically sound.
The concept adds an artistic layer that joins the project at the concept phase and stands up to the coastal climate. The signature piece is a mirror-steel sculpture at the entrance.
A layer inside the architectural practice's project
The artistic environment sits as a conceptual module inside the Junco Arquitectura project. It is built into the architectural intent from the start and, in practice, works on three levels.
Wayfinding helps residents read at a glance where to go. The emotional level makes the space feel author-led. The value level lets the environment read above its build cost. We collaborate white-label, as co-authors or by referral.
Materials chosen for the coastal climate
The current stage is the concept phase. Materials are chosen for a demanding coastal setting.
Cast PMMA: UV-stable and suited to outdoor use. 316 stainless steel with a mirror polish, which holds up to salt air and humidity. Light is built into the piece, in a warm spectrum. Tolerances for thermal movement are calculated from the Costa Blanca climate.

An artistic environment and a considered public realm speed up sales in premium residential developments.
The buyer reads the class of a home on the first visit, through the entrance, the communal areas and the environment around them. The stronger the artistic layer, the sooner the purchase decision follows.
